The Minster-Jackson Township Fire Department will be testing fire hydrants September 17, 18, 24 and 25, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until dusk. Testing will start on the west side of Minster and will move east.

The U.S. Seasonal Drought Outlook released Thursday by the National Weather Service’s Climate Prediction Center said drought conditions in Ohio and as well as most of the U.S. will persist or intensify through Oct. 31.
